We won’t just give you information, we will personally help you to set up your business and guide you through your first investment transaction from start to finish.

• Course Introduction - Live Video Conference meet and greet with mentors at the beginning of the course

• Strictly Online - Videos presented by former students, instructors and Power Team Members to explain the assignments for each week

• Downloadable PDF’s - PDF’s that correspond to each week’s assignment, with step by step instructions for completing the assignment

• Weekly Live Video Conferences with mentor with role playing and or demonstrations in order to insure you are equipped to complete your weekly assignments

• Access to your mentor 6 days each week via email or telephone.

Keeping in line with social distancing and remaining sensitive to current market conditions, all appointments to view property are via virtual tour. We have also added a complete stay at home discipline which is tax lien and foreclosure overages to the curriculum.

By the end of the 12 weeks, you will be in your first deal, or have closed one, and will be a confident and independent investor.
